Advanced GIS, Data Analysis & Visualization Tools for Semi-Arid Watersheds: Phase 3
Investigators (most current known information)
Proposal Abstract
Phase 3 of the "Advanced GIS, Data Analysis, and Visualization Tools for Semi?Arid Watersheds" project developed greater flexibility for users to analyze data collected during the former Arizona Watershed Program and made available through the web site: http://ag.arizona.edu/OALS/watershed/. This included an enhanced graphing capability for data comparisons and the addition of other vegetation types such as mixed conifer and chaparral. In addition, prototype visualization applications were created providing users with the ability to observe watershed dynamics in graphic form. Finally, the educational impacts of the previous phases were further extended through the Master Watershed Stewards Program.
